These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for use of the website of SkillDzire Technologies Private Limited (“Website”) and any content, Public Forums, or services offered on or through the Website and/or through any mobile application(s) (“Application”) (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

These Terms of Use apply to end users of the Platform (referred to as “Learners”, “You”, “Your”). These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any other terms and conditions published on the Platform or communicated to You from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”), define the relationship and responsibilities between You and the Company (as defined below) in using the Platform.

Your access to the Platform is subject to Your acceptance of this Agreement. When we speak of the “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our”, we mean SkillDzire Technologies Private Limited, which owns and operates this Platform and the content, materials and services contained in it. “Creator” means the Company or any instructor, trainer or other person who uploads or provides Content on the Platform on the Company’s behalf.

By accessing this Platform, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If You disagree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Platform.

1. Access and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If You are under 18, You may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has read and agreed to this Agreement on Your behalf. To use certain features, You may need to register using Your name, email address and payment details (if applicable). All information You provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for keeping Your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under Your account. Please notify us immediately at info@skilldzire.com if You suspect unauthorised use of Your account.

“Content” means any course, session, reference material or file that we provide. If offered, You may also access Public Forums to interact with other Learners. Participation is optional.

We reserve the right to refuse access or remove any content posted by You in case of violation of this Agreement.

2. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Content on the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. You may download one copy (if allowed) for temporary viewing only. You may NOT modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, remove copyright notices from, or transfer any materials.

“Creator Content” includes videos, audio files, PDFs, images and other materials uploaded by a Creator.

This license terminates automatically upon any violation of this Agreement.

3. Communications

The Platform may include Public Forums for discussions. If You post any content (“Learner Content”), You represent that You own the rights to it or have permission to post it. We are not responsible for public content or the actions of others. By posting Learner Content, You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree NOT to engage in:

  • Illegal activities or violation of any law
  • Posting harmful or dangerous content
  • Hate speech, defamatory content, harassment or bullying
  • Graphic violence or promotion of terrorism
  • Spam, scams or misleading content
  • Privacy violations or impersonation
  • Unauthorised access, attacks, or distribution of malware

Any violation allows us to terminate or restrict Your access.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including Content and Creator Content, are protected under intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership rights. Use of trademarks, logos, course materials or software is strictly prohibited except as expressly permitted.

6. Feedback

If You submit Feedback (ideas, suggestions, comments), You grant us a global, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify and incorporate such Feedback without any obligation to You.

7. Payments and Refunds

Certain Content requires payment (“Content Fee”). Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not store Your sensitive financial information. Content purchases cannot be cancelled, and no refunds are provided except as stated in our Refund Policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate Your access, with or without notice, if You violate this Agreement or if required by law. On termination, Your right to access the Content ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, reliability or compatibility, and we make no warranty that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions, so they may not apply to You.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of data, profit or business interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to You.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, penalties or legal actions arising from Your use of the Platform or Your violation of this Agreement.

12. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the Platform. Use of such sites is at Your own risk.

13. Miscellaneous

a. Amendments: We may update the Platform, our policies or these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after an update means You accept the changes.
